Book your Pregnancy Yoga Class

Classes can be booked on a pay as you go basis (£14) or as a 6 week block from January 2025 (£75).

You are welcome to attend classes from 13 weeks pregnant.

Why pregnancy yoga?

Yoga during pregnancy can help to:

  • Provide effective tips and techniques for pregnancy, labour and birth, including breathing and positions
  • Improve pelvic floor health
  • Support a positive birth experience
  • Combine movement, breath, relaxation and awareness.
  • Provide time to connect with your baby
  • Meet other mothers, creating circles of friendship and support.
  • Tone and relax muscles
  • Improve sleep and energy levels

You are encouraged to bring your own mat and block if you have one.
Please bring a pillow/cushion and a bottle of water.
