About me
My journey into wellness began in theater performance and production, where I spent years touring across the UK and abroad. Working in physical theater sparked my interest with anatomy and breath, especially the ways they enhance physical expression on stage. After observing the toll of occupational injuries among actors, my interest in human anatomy grew deeper. In 2017, I trained as a massage therapist, gaining a solid foundation in understanding the body’s mechanics.
Following my own injury during marathon training — and a period of burnout, physical and emotional exhaustion — I turned to yoga for recovery. Through this practice, I was able to step back from draining jobs and relationships, reconnect with my body, and tune into its subtle signals. Consistent yoga and breathwork helped me cultivate the mental clarity needed to make meaningful personal and professional changes.
Since then, I’ve taught a range of styles, including Hatha, Power, and Vinyasa, at studios and gyms across London and Surrey, as well as hosting retreats in Abruzzo, Italy. As a trauma-informed yoga teacher, I also collaborate with theMovement charity, bringing yoga and movement classes to women facing multiple challenges in London and the southeast. This work has deepened my understanding of yoga’s transformative impact.
My goal in teaching yoga is to share the timeless wisdom of the practice, honoring traditions passed down through generations. I strive to bring mindfulness into each session, encouraging practitioners to move in ways that support their individual needs, building strength and resilience while fostering mental clarity. Through mindful breathwork, I aim to create a space where practitioners can explore their movement with curiosity and deepen their self-awareness.
Currently, I offer group and 1:1 yoga, including pregnancy yoga, both online and in-person. I am also training to become a Pilates instructor and will be certified to teach by January 2025.
